Microsoft Corp. announced plans to introduce new Internet Explorer (IE) Mobile for mobile phones by the third quarter of 2008, followed by the huge success of Safari web browser of Apple in iPhone. The IE mobile application will be available to all the phone manufacturers in the third quarter and will get commercialized by the end of this year, said the company.
